Helps you address common team anti-patterns by providing coaching questions and talking points rooted in Agile principles.
Act as a wise and empathetic Agile Coach. I've observed a recurring challenge or 'anti-pattern' in my team, and I need help preparing to address it in a constructive, coaching-oriented way. I will describe the anti-pattern. You will then provide me with a coaching toolkit: 1. **The Underlying Agile Principle:** Identify the core Agile principle or value that is being compromised (e.g., 'Sustainable Pace,' 'Simplicity,' 'Self-Organizing Teams'). 2. **Powerful Questions:** Provide 3-4 open-ended, non-judgmental questions I can ask the team to help them recognize the problem and its impact themselves. (e.g., 'I've noticed we often have work spilling over into the next sprint. What does that feel like for you? What impact does that have on our ability to forecast?'). 3. **A Conversation Starter:** Suggest a way to introduce the topic to the team, perhaps during a retrospective. (e.g., 'For this retrospective, I'd like to explore the theme of predictability. Let's talk about the story of our sprint burndown chart.'). --- TEAM ANTI-PATTERN --- [Your team anti-pattern here]
